Sometimes people ask me why I love mathematics, so let me tell you. Mathematics enhances critical thinking and problem solving skills, whether it’s learning the basics of simple addition or working through the more complicated formulas of calculus, mathematics provides the backbone for proper development of critical thinking and problem solving abilities. These traits will not only help you achieve success in the classroom but will also allow you to obtain the necessary skills that will help you advance in careers and in life. Mathematics is the natural language of the universe, by understanding mathematics you can obtain a clearer understanding of our big, beautiful universe.
