VICTORIA interviews only qualified teachers but looks for an interest in the art of teaching, an enthusiasm to learn more about the educational process, an empathy with the students and some special qualities. Our national and international teachers bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, teaching techniques and approaches to the school where they are encouraged to share their skills. Our school, like most overseas schools, conducts its hiring from November through March for the following school year.

As you probably realise, VICTORIA education is well respected internationally. Our employment package is excellent by local standards. Flights and housing are provided for overseas teachers and the salary enables them to enjoy life locally and travel around.
